A graduate of Delaware Valley College, Gretchen has been with the District since 2001. She began by serving the District in the Watershed Specialist position, and became District Manager in 2007.

René has been with the BCCD since 2001. She serves as the NPDES permit coordinator and administers all NPDES permits and E&S plan reviews for the County of Bucks. She is also responsible for processing all co-permittees, transfers and terminations of NPDES permits. All environmental complaints and administrative questions should be directed to René.

The Watershed Specialist position provides technical assistance and support to volunteer watershed associations, manages environmentally beneficial projects sponsored by the District, and conducts public outreach on a variety of water resource concerns. Meghan Rogalus has been with the District since 2008 and holds a B.A. in Biology/Environmental Science from Colby College and a M.S. in Water Resources from the University of Vermont. Agricultural Conservation was the driving force behind the creation of the BCCD. The ACT's role is to provide technical assistance in agricultural conservation planning, conservation funding opportunities, design, and construction inspections for Bucks County's farming community. The ACT also administers Pennsylvania'a environmental agricultural regulations, specifically PA's Chapter 102 Ag Erosion and Sedimentation, Chapter 91 Manure Management, and the Act 38 Nutrient Management Law. A graduate of Penn State's College of Agriculture, Rachel has been with the District since 2008, minus a five year hiatus overseas. Her agricultural conservation interests for Bucks County include identifying solutions for no-till in wet soils, finding successful tools planting cover crops post soybeans, and supporting increased manure management infrastructure on commercial equine operations. Ryan is a graduate of Delaware Valley University with a major in Agribusiness and a minor in Crop Science. Ryan was hired by the BCCD in 2020.
Richard is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University and was hired by the BCCD in 2004. His responsibilities include reviewing applications for NPDES permits, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan reviews, and conducting site inspections for the following municipalities in Bucks County: Bensalem Township, Bristol Borough, Bristol Township, Falls Township, Hulmeville Borough, Langhorne Borough, Langhorne Manor Borough, Lower Makefield Township, Lower Southampton Township, Middletown Township, Morrisville Borough, Newtown Borough, Newtown Township, Penndel Borough, Tullytown Borough, and Yardley Borough.

Jason is a graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He was hired by the BCCD in 2016. His responsibilities include reviewing applications for NPDES permits, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan reviews, and conducting site inspections for the following municipalities in Bucks County: Bridgeton Township, Buckingham Township, Dublin Borough, Durham Township, New Hope Borough, Northampton Township, Plumstead Township, Riegelsville Borough, Solebury Township, Tinicum Township, Upper Makefield Township, and Wrightstown Township. Jason has also accepted the role as Environmental Educator, for which he will coordinate the BCCD's awards and scholarship programs, along with the annual Envirothon Competition and other duties.

Chris is a graduate of King's College and has a B.S. in Environmental Science with a focus on wildlife. He has been an active volunteer for Continental Conservation and the King's College Environmental Department since graduating. Chris joined the BCCD in February of 2020 and is currently serving as an Erosion & Sedimentation Control Technician.
His responsibilities include reviewing applications for NPDES permits, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan reviews and conducting site inspections for the following municipalities in Bucks Couty: Chalfont Borough, Doylestown Borough, Doylestown Township, Ivyland Borough, New Britain Borough, New Britain Township, Telford Borough, Upper Southampton Township, Warminster Township, Warrington Township, and Warwick Township.

Tori is a graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland and has a B.A. in Biology with a minor in Environmental Studies. Tori joined the BCCD in March of 2020 and is currently serving as an Erosion & Sedimentation Control Technician.

Sue transitioned from a part time position to full time with the District in January of 2019. She acts in partnership with our lead NPDES Permit Coordinator, Rene' Moyer. Her duties include processing Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans and NPDES Permit Applications, corresponding with applicants and engineers, archiving completed projects, submitting data to the federal permit tracking systems, and providing general support to the District Technicians.

Marilyn is a graduate of Delaware Valley University and has a B.S. in Horticulture/Plant Science. Marilyn joined the BCCD in January of 2019. She is also the District's official Right to Know Officer.
